The plaintiff in error Peter M. Hebel was charged with burglary (sec. 943.10 (1) (a), Stats.) and with theft (sec. 943.20 (1) (a)), and on January 8, 1971, was found not guilty by a jury of the burglary charge but guilty of the theft charge. He was sentenced to state prison for three years and then placed on probation. Hebel filed four post-conviction motions pro se and a fifth one by the state public defender. To review the orders denying these motions, Hebel brings these writs of error.
